What we collect

Website visits

We use Simple Analytics (opens in new tab) for website analytics. It does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal data. No tracking, no fingerprinting, no consent banner needed.

Enquiries

If you contact us by email, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to share. We use this to respond to you and, if relevant, to follow up about services.

How we use your data

We use your data to deliver coaching and consultancy services, respond to enquiries, manage invoicing, and send administrative information. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may use trusted service providers (email, payment processing) who handle data on our behalf under appropriate data protection agreements. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply under UK GDPR.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for a reasonable follow-up period. Client session notes and records are held for up to six months after the coaching relationship ends, in line with our terms and conditions. Invoice and payment records are kept for six years as required by HMRC. You can request deletion of other data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (opens in new tab).

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your information with care.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always at this URL. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
